Returns & Exchanges

At Benoa Swim, we want you to love your new suit, but if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Suit

  Securely pack your unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene stickers are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your store credit or exchange will be processed once our team inspects the returned goods.
